With the central location of the G&D Apartments, the shops and all the facilities, activities, and attractions that make you want to visit Dartmouth are only a stone's throw away. The G&D Pub and Apartments have been totally redeveloped, upgraded and extended so the whole premises is effectively a ‘new modern build’ within the historic G&D building framework. Once you've arrived the G&D also offer a fantastic offer of 25% off a meal for up to four people for our apartment guests! The apartments are accessed by their own separate front door located in Undercliffe (behind the pub), and throughout they are finished, decorated, furnished, equipped and maintained to a very high standard. You will be able to completely relax, surrounded by calm neutral tones, comfortable modern furniture and high-quality appliances throughout as shown, as well as the original historic features such as thick insulating stone walls (cool in Summer and warm in Winter) and the timber beams. From Dragons Best on the second floor you also have river glimpses over the Royal Avenue Gardens.
